RENTAL RATE INCLUDES:

  • Household linen (sheets, towels)
  • Beach towels
  • End-of-stay cleaning (8 hours)
  • Weekly cleaning (3 hours) if renting for several weeks
  • Garden and pool maintenance
  • Cots, baby baths, high chairs available on request

More than 11 guests (maximum 3), 150€ per extra guest/week (exc. babies)

NB: pets are not allowed.

BOOKING TERMS:

  • Upon booking: Half the rent is due upon booking. Balance due 30 days before the stay begins
  • Payment method: bank transfer or cash
  • Deposit: 1,000 € (credit card deposit or cash)
